The facility uses locked crates and rooms, monitored CCTV, alarms on every door, locked gated access, fire detection and staff-presence patrols.
Access is arranged in advance with our team, generally Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Staff are present and identity or authority checks may be required. This is managed storage rather than unrestricted 24-hour self-access.

What Cannot Go into Storage
For safety and legal reasons, we do not accept perishables or food, fish bait, plants, flammables, aerosols, gas canisters, batteries including e-bike batteries, or hazardous materials. If you are unsure about an item, ask before moving day.
Security and Access
The facility has 24/7 monitored CCTV, alarms on every door, locked gated access, staff-presence patrols and fire detection. Storage rooms and crates remain locked. Customer access is supervised and arranged in advance.
